Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.
Additionally contained in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current congressional release.
